Starting life as a food cart in SE Portland, rarely has a spot been so aptly named. Rocking an ancient charcuterie moniker that truly serves as a harbinger of things to come, Lardo is a sandwich shop that worships at the altar of  bovine & swine. Using old-world techniques, contemporary flourishes and a gonzo approach, Lardo proudly celebrates its excesses. Pushing a menu that features pork drenched double burgers, a giant meatball Banh Mi, and hand-cut french fries (again) smothered in pork, Lardo also has beer. Lots of beer, actually. Rotating taps of knee-buckling craft brew greatness, backed-up with a refreshing mix of premium cocktails. Operating on both sides of the river, Lardo serves as a mecca for those seeking a uniquely smash-mouth deli experience.

Join or Die, a little harsh but a storied part of American heritage. It originated as a political cartoon by Benjamin Franklin in 1754 and has since been used as an ongoing symbol for unity. In short, the saying and accompanying cartoon urged the colonies to unite against British rule. We use it to unify dishes, ingredients, and cocktails from all over the continent. Don’t tell Ben.

Brandon Olson (former CDC of Black Hoof & Bar Isabel), Co-owner of CXBO Chocolates and soon to open La Banane is back for another year and more fried chicken.

A new project from the team behind Bar Volo and Cask Days coming soon to 612 College St. Little Italy in Toronto.

A Cask Days staple. Pawel G. (Hogtown Charcuterie & PG Clucks Fried Chicken) will be bringing his famous pretzels and snacks.

From the caffeine we brew to the soft serve we go hard on, Sweet Jesus constantly tests the boundaries of culinary right and wrong. The goal is to combine conceptual thinking with high quality ingredients and products, in an effort to make something that tastes and looks unlike anything you’ve ever seen and had before. Amen.
