WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL?

HOW DO I GET TO THE FESTIVAL?

IS THERE PARKING?

There is public parking available on both sides of the building. For more information about cost and location click here.

HOW MUCH DOES THE CASK DAYS SHUTTLE BUS COST?

The Cask Days shuttle bus costs $5.00 and is valid for travel to and from the festival during your designated festival session. Shuttle bus tickets can be purchased on the ticket check out page here. Please note that shuttle bus tickets should be purchased for the session you are attending and cannot be used across multiple or different sessions. The deadline for shuttle bus ticket purchasing is Wednesday, October 5th, 2016. Shuttle bus tickets will not be available after this date or during the festival.

WHERE IS THE SHUTTLE BUS PICK UP AND DROP OFF?

The shuttle bus pick up and drop off points are Evergreen Brick Works (550 Bayview Ave.) and Broadview Subway Station (Erindale Ave.)

IS THE EVENT SPACE COVERED IN CASE OF RAIN?

Cask Days is held within the CRH Gallery (covered) and Koerner Gardens (partially covered).

CAN I BRING MY CHILD OR BABY?

Unofrutnately Cask Days is a 19+ event and children or babies are not-permitted.

HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET? ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All ticket types are non-refundable. Cask Days tickets are transferable only. To learn more, click here.

WHERE CAN I BUY A TICKET?

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?

All tickets include food/beer tokens, a festival tasting glass, booklet, live entertainment, event security, access to trying 400+ cask-conditioned ales. Please visit our ticket page for a breakdown of each ticket type. Click here.

HOW MUCH DOES BEER AND FOOD COST?

Each token costs $2.50. Tokens can be purchased at the event and used towards food and drinks across all sessions. Tokens are non-refundable. To avoid token booth lines, you can pre-order token bundles online (ticket check out page) and collect them at the time of admission. Food menu items will range between $2.50 - $10.00. The cost for each cider/beer serving (5oz) is one token ($2.50). Some higher alcohol and imported cask ales will two tokens.

HOW MANY CASKS OF EACH BEER WILL YOU HAVE?

There will be only one cask of each selection. Popular offerings will be limited to the number of pours each session. If you are worried about missing out on a paticular cask, we recommend purchasing tickets for session 1 or 2 and early access tickets.

WHY DO BEERS RUN OUT?

Many of the offerings at Cask Days are one-off/specialty brews made specifically for our festival and in most cases only one 40L cask firkin is available to us. Given the nature of cask-conditioned ale and the 24 hour venting process requried to properly tap and serve a new beer, we cannot have back ups availale. Luckily, there are more than 400 beers to sample. If you miss a beer this year, you will have to remember to try it early the next year!

WILL THERE BE NON-ALCHOLIC OPTIONS?

WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE?

Yes, merchandise will be available at the Cask Shop booth at the festival or the online store.

WILL THERE BE ATM MACHINES AVAILABLE?

Limited. We recommend ticket holders to bring extra cash. We also accept VISA, Mastercard and Interac.

WHERE ARE THE FIRST-AID STATIONS?

Every token booth and will-call area will have first-aid kits available.

IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?

All lost items will be brought to admission desk. To inquire about lost items after the festival, please email info@caskdays.com

WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

No, tickets are only available for purchase online.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

No outdoor drinks or food are allowed in the venue. There will be plenty of beer, food and non-alcoholic beverages available within the festival.

WILL THERE BE WASHROOMS AND HAND WASH STATIONS?

Yes, there will be portable washrooms and hand wash stations on site.

I LOST/BROKE MY FESTIVAL GLASS. WHAT DO I DO?

Festival glassware can be purchased at the merchandise booth for $5.00.

WILL THERE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?

There will be selection of cider offerings. Unfortunately, there will be no gluten-free beers available.
